If you love a particular architectural style, you’ll find a home that speaks to it or even something close and then make it your own. Our customers did the latter. The exterior was perfectly English Tudor. But the kitchen needed to be updated in form and function. Was there a way to make it a Tudor as well as improve the flow?

We got to work on new designs and after a few tweaks and valuable input from our customers, our new designs solved the layout questions and brought to life elements that are worthy of a Tudor home. How so?

Immediately upon entrance to the newly remodeled kitchen, there is so much to appreciate: From a walnut butcher-block island top, to beautifully painted custom cabinetry. From farm style porcelain sinks to quartz countertops and oak hardwood floors.  Even perfect replicas of the knob-and-tube switches, everything was specifically chosen to fit the space. An island light fixture that echo’s the hand-wrought iron of the period? Please and thank you. Playful masonry work? Check. Even exposing the wood framework ceiling and embellishing it with fine details are amazing details to savor in this custom kitchen.
