This family has been slowly updating their home since their move-in several years ago. They knew they wanted to marry the elements of their style with the character of the home. They wanted to bring both into their master bathroom, using its original footprint.
We reworked the shower space to enlarge the feeling of the room with large glass panels and increased head space with a higher shower head and a rain shower feature. We curated classic, clean and bright finishes that both reflect the stately character of the home and the couple’s tastes.
We used crisp wallpaper in the water closet and reupholstered the antique vanity stool to match. The vanity, floor, and tub surround are all finished in classic Carrara marble and we selected mixed metals for plumbing and lighting. The vanity cabinet was installed and sprayed on-site for a premium flawless finish and we designed custom sconces, made by local artisans for the vanity lighting.
This space now tells a story of an artful retreat with classic character.
