Pheasant Lane:

This River Hills refresh brings purpose and beauty into the everyday. We focused on four hardworking spaces—the entry, powder room, mudroom, and laundry room—and gave them a calm, warm, minimalist vibe that feels both elevated and easy to live in. This project brings Korean design elements home with natural textures, soft tones, clean lines, and a deep appreciation for craftsmanship.

The entry welcomes with quiet confidence—custom wood lattice detailing sets the tone for a space that feels instantly comforting and deeply personal. In the powder room, there’s an opportunity to be a little bold, and we layered in sculptural elements like a statement vanity and moody floral wallpaper that turns a tiny space into a standout moment.

And then there are the real behind-the-scenes heroes: the mudroom and laundry room. These spaces got the care they deserve—with smart storage, beautifully cabinetry, and finishes that are made to last. Every detail was chosen to support the flow of family life, while adding a sense of calm and a little daily delight.

Because when thoughtful design works quietly behind the scenes, life flows a little easier.
